Throughout his career, Mahmoud has driven innovation by implementing comprehensive ICT systems and has prioritized business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, maintaining a remarkable 99% operational uptime. His commitment to enhancing service efficiency has resulted in an 80% customer satisfaction rate through his Service Improvement Programme.
