Pebble Hills University and UTAB Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement
Pebble Hills University is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the esteemed University of Technology and Arts of Byumba (UTAB) in Rwanda, marking a significant strategic partnership between our institutions. UTAB is an accredited community-based university located in Gicumbi District, Rwanda, founded in 2006 as the Institut Polytechnique de Byumba (IPB), and has evolved into a respected higher education leader known for its practical, community-focused approach.
UTAB offers comprehensive degree programs through three main faculties—Education, Social Sciences & Management, and Agriculture/Environment—with a strong emphasis on developing practical skills, conducting impactful research, and driving community development initiatives.
