Pebble Hills University signed Memorandum of Understanding with Indian Ocean University
Pebble Hills University and the Indian Open University, Somalia (http://www.iousom.com/) have decided to place mutual confidence in one another’s training/academic qualifications. A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by both parties for the purpose of reciprocal recognition arrangement.
