Pebble Hills University is delighted to announce that Dr. Farhad Arianfar has been awarded the prestigious Honorary Adjunct Professorship Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to education, human rights advocacy, and his unwavering commitment to promoting social justice.

Dr. Arianfar, born on December 10, 1993, in Afghanistan, is a dedicated academic and educator with a Ph.D. in Peacebuilding and International Security. His extensive work focuses on enhancing democratic processes, particularly through comparative studies of federal and non-federal systems. With a keen emphasis on women’s rights and gender studies, Dr. Arianfar aims to strengthen democratic institutions and address educational and cultural challenges within Afghanistan.

Currently serving as the Chancellor and Founder of RAO University, a free online university for Afghan women, Dr. Arianfar has successfully led initiatives that have provided over 7,000 women with access to quality education through innovative online platforms. His strategic leadership has been pivotal in developing educational resources tailored to the needs of Afghan women, ensuring their empowerment and intellectual growth.

In addition to his role at RAO University, Dr. Arianfar has a rich history of leadership in various academic and human rights organizations. He previously served as Vice-Chancellor of Kohandazh Institution of Higher Education and has been actively involved in the World Congress of Persian Speakers, promoting cultural exchange and human rights advocacy.

Dr. Arianfar’s impactful research includes numerous publications addressing critical issues such as educational equity, gender-based violence, and Afghanistan’s political landscape. His work not only highlights systemic barriers but also advocates for comprehensive reforms to promote gender equality and protect the rights of marginalized groups.
