Dr. Sharma holds a PhD from Singhania University, India, where he conducted groundbreaking research on “Fundamental Programming Language on .NET C# and .NET Visual Basic.” He also possesses an MCA degree specializing in Networking and Data Mining and an MBA with a focus on System.
As the Co-founder and Chairman of Three Monks Pvt. Ltd. since 2013, Dr. Sharma has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s success in digital financial services, money transfer business, and entertainment. His leadership extends to Envision Nepal, an organization he founded, focusing on training and services. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman and CEO of Devana Soft Pvt. Ltd., leading the company’s efforts in mobile banking services for cooperative societies.
Dr. Sharma’s influence extends beyond the corporate realm as he has made significant contributions to the academic sector. He served as the Program Director at Virinchi Group for a decade, overseeing a range of IT and management programs. Furthermore, Dr. Sharma is the Founder, Editor, and Chairman of ICT Nepal, a prominent monthly magazine on Information Communication and Technology.
With an extensive project portfolio encompassing fintech, digital agriculture, cyber security, government, corporate, education, and IS auditor consultancy, Dr. Sharma has consistently demonstrated effective leadership and enhanced Management Information System (MIS) efficiency within Nepalese organizations.
Dr. Sharma’s commitment to professional development is evident through his attainment of various international certifications, including CISA, CEH, AWS Certified Security, and ISO 27001:2022 Implementor and Auditor.
