Upcoming Awards Ceremony for PHU Honorary Doctoral and Distinguished Professorship Awards – 6 December 2025
The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) is pleased to announce that the upcoming awards ceremony for the conferment of PHU Honorary Doctoral Awards and Distinguished Professorship Awards will be held on Friday, 6th December 2025, at the Gallery Rotunder Conference Hall, University of Lagos, Akoka Yaba, Lagos, beginning at 10:30 AM.
This distinguished event will honor individuals who have demonstrated exceptional achievements in academia, professional leadership, and societal advancement. The Honorary Doctoral and Distinguished Professorship Awards, conferred in collaboration with our academic partner, serve to recognize excellence, impact, and lifelong contributions across diverse fields of endeavor.
QAHE invites interested candidates to contact us for details regarding award nominations and ceremony participation. Please note that an attendance fee will apply, which covers a comprehensive range of ceremonial and hospitality provisions to ensure a dignified and memorable experience for all awardees and their guests.
The attendance fee includes the production of graduation gowns and ceremonial accoutrements, which will remain the personal property of each awardee. It also covers the cost of venue rental, refreshments for attendees and their guests, honorarium for the keynote resource person, professional photography services, public address system setup, and television coverage of the event.
We encourage early engagement from prospective awardees to facilitate smooth coordination and timely preparation of ceremonial materials. This event promises to be a landmark occasion, celebrating academic distinction and fostering global recognition within the QAHE community.
