His extensive educational background includes a Doctor of Public Administration from Western Mindanao State University, where he has also earned a Master of Public Administration, a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating Cum Laude. His diverse qualifications reflect his commitment to interdisciplinary learning and his desire to contribute meaningfully to various fields.

In his role as a professor, Prof. Mohammad has inspired countless students through his engaging teaching methods and deep knowledge of political science and public administration.
