Pebble Hills University (PHU) Signs MOU with Tamilnadu Council for Open & Distance Learning (TCoDL)

Pebble Hills University is excited to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Tamilnadu Council for Open & Distance Learning (TCoDL). This collaboration establishes a framework for mutual cooperation aimed at enhancing academic progression and collaborative educational initiatives between the two institutions.

The MOU focuses on several key areas of cooperation. First, both PHU and TCoDL will mutually recognize the academic credentials of their students and graduates, facilitating seamless admission processes for academic programs at both institutions. This mutual recognition will create a pathway for students to pursue further education internationally.

In addition, the partnership includes the development of student exchange programs designed to promote academic and cultural exchange. Such initiatives will enrich the educational experiences of students, fostering a global perspective.

PHU and TCoDL will also collaborate on joint educational initiatives, including research projects, symposiums, seminars, and workshops focused on professional development and academic advancement. This partnership not only enhances educational offerings but also aligns accreditation standards to support smoother transitions for students.

Regular meetings will be held to discuss ongoing initiatives and explore new collaboration opportunities. Each institution will appoint a liaison officer to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

This MOU is effective as of January 27, 2026, and will remain valid for five years. Both institutions are committed to fostering a productive partnership that supports the educational aspirations of their students.
