Mr. Kaveti’s educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Nizam College, Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, and a Latin Legum Bachelors (LL.B.) with honors from Symbiosis Law School, Pune University, Maharashtra, India. Additionally, he holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Management Education, Pune, Maharashtra, India, and a Masters Diploma in Journalism and Communication (MDJC) from Symbiosis Institute of Journalism and Communication, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Mr. Kaveti further pursued a Masters in Tax Laws (MTL) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, Maharashtra, India, and a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. He also completed the Qualified Lawyers Training Programs (QLTP) in London, UK, and earned a J.D. equivalent from Brooklyn Law School, New York, USA.
Currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program at Morad University, New Delhi, India, Mr. Kaveti is expected to graduate in December 2023. His research focuses on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Litigation, showcasing his dedication to exploring the impact of technology on the legal field.
In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Kaveti holds professional licensures as an Advocate in the Republic of India, a Solicitor in England & Wales, UK, and a Notary Public in New York, USA. His extensive knowledge and expertise have made him a sought-after legal advisor for various social, cultural, and literary organizations in India.
Mr. Kaveti has demonstrated his commitment to education through his academic experience as a Lecturer at Justice Kommariah Law College in Karimnagar, Telangana, India, from 1991 to 1993. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Waxson University in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and as a Visiting Professor at Jayanthu Kristhu College of Law in Bangalore, India. Moreover, he has served as the Director of the American Institute of Professional Studies in Newark, New Jersey, USA.
Outside of academia, Mr. Kaveti has made significant contributions to the media industry as the Editor-in-Chief of the law magazine “Nayaya Patrika” and as a promoter of the Kaveti Law YouTube channel. He has appeared on numerous TV and YouTube channels in India, sharing his legal insights and expertise. Mr. Kaveti’s professional engagements extend to his roles as President of Asterix Consulting, Inc., an IT Consulting Firm, as well as President of Ixhcel Solutions, Inc. in New York and Inigio Solutions, Inc. in Texas.
