PHU Awards Distinguished Professorship in Mechanical Engineering to Dr. Engr. Adefowope Alabi
Pebble Hills University is proud to announce that Dr. Engr. Adefowope Alabi has been awarded the Distinguished Professorship in Mechanical Engineering in recognition of his exceptional contributions to the field and his dedication to advancing academic excellence. With over 20 years of global experience in engineering, manufacturing systems, and higher education, Dr. Alabi’s impact spans both academic and industrial sectors.
Currently serving as an instructor at St. Lawrence College and New Brunswick Community College, Dr. Alabi has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to empowering students by providing practical, research-informed knowledge. His role as Head of Maintenance, Asset, Project, and Facility Management at KP Windows (Saint-Gobain, Canada) allows him to apply academic theories in real-world industrial transformations, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
Dr. Alabi holds a Ph.D. focused on optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and has numerous peer-reviewed publications to his name. His recent certification in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) further underscores his commitment to innovation and academic impact. Through this distinguished honor, Dr. Alabi will continue to inspire future generations of engineers and contribute significantly to Pebble Hills University’s mission of global academic excellence.
