Pebble Hills University (PHU) is proud to announce the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Divine Leadership & Governance University (DLGU), also known as The Nehemiah University, based in Nigeria. This partnership represents a shared vision to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical leadership, specifically focusing on the development of ethical governance across West Africa and beyond.

About Divine Leadership & Governance University (DLGU)
DLGU is a “Divine Designated” leadership and research citadel that has gained prominence for its unique approach to higher education. Often referred to as “The Nehemiah Generation,” the university is dedicated to grooming students for principled political participation and civic responsibility. The institution operates with a robust academic structure comprising 5 faculties and 23 departments, offering over 100 innovative courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Its curriculum is specifically engineered to foster “Academic Excellence, Sound Morals, and Service to Humanity”.

Beyond traditional academics, DLGU serves as a Leadership & Governance Consult, providing research-driven solutions for contemporary societal challenges. It is well-known for hosting high-impact intellectual forums, such as the Annual National Leadership Prayers & Governance Lecture in Awka, Anambra State, which advocates for the “New Nigeria” movement through transformative leadership mentorship.

A Partnership for Global Impact
Through this MOU, PHU and DLGU will collaborate on reciprocal program recognition and the development of joint research initiatives. This synergy allows PHU to support DLGU’s mission of mentorship through our globally recognized accredited distance learning frameworks, providing Nigerian students with access to international standards of excellence in public administration and strategic management.
