With a distinguished career spanning over 36 years in law enforcement, business, and community service, Dr. Hiew brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to fostering inclusive environments.
Dr. Hiew’s impressive academic credentials include multiple Doctorates in fields such as Economics, Business Management, and Buddhist Studies, as well as Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Buddhist Studies. His dedication to education and lifelong learning reflects his belief in the importance of diverse perspectives in driving innovation and organizational success.
In his previous roles as a senior officer in the Royal Malaysian Police and Managing Director of Happy Plantations, Dr. Hiew has consistently prioritized mentorship, leadership development, and ethical practices. As the Founder and President of several Buddhist associations, he has actively promoted community engagement and personal growth.
In his new role at Pebble Hills University, Dr. Hiew will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across our campus. His vision is to create an environment where every student, faculty member, and staff feels supported and empowered to thrive, regardless of their background.
