Skyway University has announced that their graduation ceremony will be rescheduled so it will no longer be held on 18 December 2014. Please see the notice here. Therefore, up to this moment, Pebble Hills University has not sent them any graduation documents except those listed at http://pebblehills.university/newsandevents/skyway-university-list-of-students-and-graduates/
