Pebble Hills University Awards Adamou Saidou the Doctor of Excellence (DoE) in Criminal Justice and Leadership (Honoris Causa)

Pebble Hills University (PHU) is pleased to announce that Adamou Saidou has been awarded the Doctor of Excellence (DoE) in Criminal Justice and Leadership (Honoris Causa). This Honorary Doctorate recognizes Adamou’s dedication to justice-related service, disciplined leadership, and his continuing commitment to strengthening security, human rights awareness, and professional excellence in communities and institutions.

With a career spanning court and security leadership, Adamou has served in roles that require integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of public responsibility. His experience includes work as a Greffier de Justice (Court Clerk) at the Ministry of Justice in Niger, as well as later service in security and management positions in the United States, including leadership as a Regional Manager for the Arkansas Area. Across these responsibilities, he has consistently demonstrated the capability to lead teams, manage high standards of compliance and readiness, and support operational effectiveness in demanding environments.

PHU also recognizes Adamou Saidou’s academic preparation and professional development, including his postgraduate work in Criminology & Justice and additional training in human rights and security management. His educational background—combined with his field experience—reflects a strong alignment with PHU’s mission to promote meaningful leadership and credible contributions in areas related to criminal justice and societal safety.
