Dr. De Silva has held prominent teaching roles in various international schools, including the Beijing International Bilingual Academy and Xiamen International School in China. In addition to his teaching accomplishments, Dr. De Silva holds a PhD in Management and Master of Arts from the Selinus University. He is also recognized as an Honorary Professor in Education and Business Management by the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE). His dedication to professional development and leadership training further underscores his commitment to shaping future educators.
