New MOU Between Pebble Hills University and IPHREC
Pebble Hills University (PHU) is excited to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the International Peace Human Rights Education Council® (IPHREC). This partnership aims to foster collaboration in promoting peace, human rights education, and global understanding.
