Mesturah Shittu is a visionary entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Turahfrique Group Ltd, Real Wealth USA, and Carrington Remodeling Inc. With roots in Lagos, Nigeria, and a presence in Houston, Texas, she has created a powerful ecosystem where design meets purpose, and real estate serves as a tool for legacy building. A trained chemist, Mesturah began her journey into entrepreneurship in 2009, launching her first ventures in interior decoration and carpentry. Her companies quickly gained recognition, leading to award-winning projects that reflect her commitment to social impact.
Through her initiative, the W.O.M.A.N Live Your Dreams Initiative, she has empowered over 500 widows and vulnerable women by providing them with essential skills for financial independence. Her Live Your Dream Academy offers mentorship and support for young individuals aspiring to build careers in carpentry and design. In 2020, she expanded her mission to the United States with Real Wealth USA, a platform aimed at helping African immigrants build generational wealth through real estate. Her extensive credentials include numerous diplomas and certifications, as well as recognition as a Mandela Washington Fellow.
