Dr Thabile Joyce Morgan is a distinguished South African academician, researcher, and educational leader with over twenty years of experience in the field of education. Born in Benoni, South Africa, she has built a remarkable career marked by academic excellence, leadership, and a strong commitment to social justice and the advancement of global education. Her work spans teaching, research, school leadership, and international advocacy, making her a respected figure in both national and international academic circles.
Dr Morgan holds a Bachelor of Education, a Master’s degree, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). She obtained her doctoral degree from Tshwane University of Technology and Maryland University in the United States. She is currently a post-doctoral fellow at Eudoxia Research University. In addition to her formal academic qualifications, she is an accomplished author, having published four books targeted at teenagers, reflecting her dedication to youth development and education beyond the classroom.
As the Principal of Glenvista High School, one of the largest high schools in South Africa, Dr Morgan plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of hundreds of learners.
